How does the affiliate program work?
Simply place a link to www.RealEstateRewards.org on your web site, and you’ll receive commission on all sales that result from your link. It ís that simple. Becoming an affiliate is free, and only takes about 30 seconds to sign up.
How do I become an affiliate?
Go to the registration page, and sign up as an affiliate by entering all your details. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed within a period of 48 hours and we will issue you with a unique username and password to login to the affiliate section.
What kind of link will I need to put on my site?
When you login to the affiliate section, you will be provided with a unique URL to link to the homepage of our site. This link will be in the form of a standard web link like “http://www.investorsprovident.com/…..”. You will also have the choice of linking to individual property pages directly. We understand that every site needs to retain its own branding and identity, and hence, do not ask our affiliates to put up any banners, logos or icons with the link. However, if you wish to do so, we can supply you with all our graphics.
What if I don’t have a website? Can I still become an affiliate and earn commission?
Absolutely. All you need to do is make a note of your Affiliate ID, and pass it on to your clients. When they register or make an enquiry with us, just ask them to enter the Affiliate ID on the relevant page, which will get recorded with their details. That way, when they purchase, you still earn your commission.
Can I link directly to specific properties instead of linking to the home page?
Yes. If there are individual properties that will especially appeal to your web visitors, you can link directly to those developments. These links will be made available when you login to the affiliate section.
Does the topic of my web site have to be property-related for me to become an Real Estate Rewards affiliate?
No. However, since our products are exclusively related to property and investment, affiliates whose sites are property/investment related are likely to generate significantly more sales than those that are not.
How much commission will I receive as an affiliate?
Commissions are negotiated on an individual basis, but we always ensure that both parties are happy with the agreement.
How do you know which customers came from my link?
When you add a link from your web site to www.RealEstateRewards.org, the URL of the link will contain your unique Affiliate ID. Every time someone visits our site from that link, the Affiliate ID is recorded when they enquire or register with us.
Can I periodically check on how many clients have registered through my network?
Yes. Once you login to the affiliate section using your unique username and password, you will see how many clients have registered via your network, and the names and dates of the registered users.
How is my commission paid?
Real Estate Rewards issues affiliate commission by cheque at the end of each month on receipt of an invoice. Your commission cheque is mailed to the address you provide when you sign up. (You can change your mailing address at any time by contacting us.) Alternatively, you may elect to have your commission paid to you every quarter. It’s your choice.
Can I cancel my affiliate account if I decide I’m no longer interested?
Yes. You are free to cancel your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.
Can I place my link on more than one web site to generate additional sales commission?
Absolutely. Once you’ve been issued an Affiliate ID and been given the required link, you’re free to place that link in as many different places as you wish. The more sales you generate, the more commission you receive.
